1. The family nature is important in making and maintaining the quality of the behavior of the young children because the environment has a great impact on child. The family is the first person who molds the behavior of the child . Is the behavior is the first learned through the family nature if the environment of the child is not good she may also learned same attitudes which not good but if the family nature of her is very good or peaceful she may also adopt it because this is the environment where she grow up. The family nature affect or influenced the family child behavior whether it is positive or negative especially to the child that they are great imitator.
Ex. . the family nature of Rachiel is noisy her parents often quarreling and say ing bad words. They can’t talk quietly and her sister often shouting to her. The family nature of Rachiel may affect to her behavior. She is also saying bad words and shouting at the same time because this is her environment that’s why she develop as a person as well her cognitive thinking affect.
CONCEPT:
1. Student self- awareness- enhanced by diversity
2. Students diversity contributes to cognitive development
3. Students diversity prepared learners for their role as responsible members of the society.
PRINCIPLES:
1. “DEVELOP THE INDIVIDUAL DIFFERENCES”
2. –Learning is a unique journey for each person because each learner has his own unique combination of genetic and environmental that influence him.
2. Bullying develops because some children is seeking attention for other who may not get to his family. There is also a child that bullying it is a good habit because every time he do bullying the person around his are laughing that is why he may think bullying is good. In some cases the child is a brat that he whenever he go can do what ever he want and no one can stop him. For doing so. And the child also not sensitive or aware to the feelings of other children.
Ex.Teacher called Peter to answer the questions in the board unfortunately he answered wrong idea and one of his classmate Rico called him. Peter knows nothing to Peter know nothing and his classmates laugh to what he did to the teacher. So teacher says to stop laughing at his classmate.
3. To be able to make our Assessment credible we should follow the criteria in making assessment which are fair- this is being fair to all students in making assessment. The balancing should contributed to all areas of learning objectives.
RELEVANCE- The content of learning activities must related to the objectives.
DIFFICULTY- the difficulty must be appreciated to the level of thinking of the child.
SEQUENCE- There will be the sequence in the learning activities so that the child cannot be confused what to do.
OBJECTIVE- the teacher must be objective to the assessment. For example in making essay the teacher must be assess the students the content rather than the appearance.
CONTINUITY- The assessment must be continuous as well as the learning activities.
-to be able to be credible in assessment it is better to use the authentic assessment which the student are required to do the real task and the and it has a broaden scope we could used unlike in traditional assessment when it is only a paper and pencil test. The teacher must also be clear in the instruction so that students can follow. We could also use the principles of JEROME BRUNER which is CONSTRUCTIVIST which allow the child to construct their own ideas and concept.
Ex. The teacher ask the students to draw a red flower . In this approach we do not allow the children to construct their own ideas or concept. We ask them to do things that not interest them to do.
Ex. The teacher ask the students ask the essay at the time of checking of the teacher read the essay but as she felt tired she just look how those it look like or long the essay made it.in this situation the teacher doesn’t show objectivity or fairness.
